- Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
- Work setup: Office-based in Bogota and Medellin

- Comfortable and adept at high-level phone conversations as an Outbound Sales Agent.
- Utilize existing templates and methodologies for outreach.
- Experience in utilizing Buy Lists from Sourcescrub and Seamless AI.
- Expertise in lead qualification and validation processes.
- Primary goal: securing appointments with business owners.
- Some background in business knowledge to engage in natural conversations and extract pertinent information from owners.
- Proven experience in conversing with business owners directly.
- Ability to engage in unscripted conversations while effectively selling Caldicot.

- Initiate and conduct calls with business owners interested in selling a portion of their equity.
- Deliver concise presentations about the company.
- Verify and validate potential leads.
- Schedule appointments with Senior Executives.
- Ensure proficiency in English with a neutral or American accent.
- Search for property owners to generate leads.
