**General Objective**
The Commercial Excellence Supervisor role is a key position in the digital transformation and automation of the area. Through the agile methodology, this position is expected to design and supervise the implementation of digital solutions that support the commercial team in Colombia to make better decisions based on data.

This role will work with various areas in the organization such as marketing, sales, finance, Comex, and others, to understand their needs, anticipate them, and deliver customer value through technology tools and data analysis.

This position is responsible for leading key projects within the customer-focused area and supervising the pricing role, and will actively participate in business planning efforts by collecting and transforming detailed and objective information regarding current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors to provide decision-making tools.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Led projects to transform the area focusing on external clients.
- Support the integration of processes and tools with Hill Rom.
- Provide recommendations regarding market strategies and tactics.
- Work hand in hand with marketing and sales, business development, medical, regulatory, financial, and manufacturing areas among others.
- Compare strategies developed to validate effectiveness.
- Monitor and identify patterns and changes in customer behavior.
- Detect new market opportunities based on the information and data analyzed.
- Supervise the pricing scheme and generate commercial impacts via data (PVM, profitability, elasticity, dispersion, update, automate the process, etc).
- Responsible for the maintenance of the pricing policy and its execution.
- Price analysis and reports for tracking and execution vs. Proposed goals defined by product, segment, and geographical area
- Monitor business strategies to make decisions in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Professional in administrative areas (industrial engineering, business administration, finance, and related careers). Advanced studies desired.
- 5 or more years of experience in areas of business development or another analytical or commercial area in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industry.
- Experience in strategic planning, marketing planning, specialized products, or similar is ideal.
- Advanced use of Excel (models and development of analytical tools.
- Experience with ERP (JDE), CRM (Salesforce), and data visualization tools (Tableau), is an advantage
- Advanced English is required. Portuguese desired.
- Can be based in Cali or Bogotá.
