**Responsibilities**:

- Drive management reporting at BU level to local and external stakeholders, ensuring data reported is accurate and on time (Including BW, Monthly BU Report, BU Quarterly Performance Report among others).
- Support BU Controlling Manager on key improvement and strategic iniciatives/projects defined by the Business Unit.
- Support BU Controlling Manager on volumes, margins, fixed costs and EBITDA forecasts comparing them against business plan.
- Support and guide local controlling teams whenever they need it, especially when changes are implemented (includes deadline reminders quality checks and general questions about procedures).
- Follow up on BU KPI´s during the month.
- Follow up on Capital Expenditures with YPPM tool.
- Serve as the Finance BI-Super User, supporting BI team on finance related dashboard construction and data verification.
- Support BU Controlling Manager in annual business plan process.
- Be able to replace BU Controlling manager position when needed.
- Interact with global and Americas team.

**Profile**:

Knowledge:

- University degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or similar.
- Strong leadership skills paired with decision taking abilities. (should be able to lead a project within LATAM). Numbers oriented with strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and a structured approach.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of HFM.
- Knowledge of Yara Analysis (SapHana retrieve)
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
- Knowledge of YPPM.
- Intermediate Accounting.
- Financial Mathematics.
- Spirit of collaboration and curiosity
- Goal Oriented.
- Ability to convey complex information in a simplified manner.
- Cross-Cultural communication skills.
- Knowledge of ARIS.

**Work Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience within controlling, finance or similar is preferred.
- Experience in agro
- or industrial business sectors is preferred.

**Additional Information**:

- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Communication and interaction skills to advise and influence others.
- Knowledge and implementation experience in IFRS Standards is a plus.
