**Responsibilities**

As a member of our team, you will:

- Take on a wide variety of tasks involving client interactions.
- Listen to client issues to document and coordinate a timely resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and network problems related to functionality, connectivity, management, and monitoring, or other software and hardware problems
- Document solutions and procedures in detail.

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English is a must-have for this role, with a minimum requirement of a C1 level of proficiency.
- One year of experience in the field of IT.
- Very strong customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people in English.
- Capability to handle and track a variety of tasks, technical as well as administrative, at one time.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid Passport

Pay: $6,000,000 - $8,000,000 per month
