As a Client Success Associate, you'll be the beacon of our promise, guiding our clients through their journey from the moment the sales agreement is inked. Your mission is to ensure the seamless delivery of our digital marketing solutions, from onboarding to launch, embodying our "can do" spirit at every step.**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Inspire**: Conduct onboarding, training, and launch processes with a proactive and positive attitude.
- **Drive Success**: Utilize tools like Trello and our Project Status Tracker to manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely launches and client happiness.
- **Foster Relationships**: Be the primary point of communication for clients, keeping them updated and informed, and responding swiftly to their needs.
- **Achieve Excellence**: Strive for the successful completion of all client projects on time or early, focusing on maintaining 100% client retention.
- **Communicate and Collaborate**: Work closely with our team, using platforms like Slack and Trello, to ensure smooth operations and client success.

**Who You Are**:

- Passionate about serving others and making a difference.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Experienced with project management tools (Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Go High Level) and eager to learn and adapt.
- Motivated by challenges and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems.
