**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually engaging ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram based on provided briefs
- Collaborate closely with our team to align designs with campaign strategies
- Use knowledge of Facebook ad specifications and best practices to optimize visuals
- Implement feedback quickly while maintaining quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience designing ads specifically for Facebook (Instagram experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Familiarity with Facebook advertising elements, specs, and trends
- Ability to work full-time, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, from a remote location
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of visual storytelling in ads
