Logistics Coordinator

MUST BE LOCATED IN BARRANQUILLA

**Company Brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Secure and on-board US Carriers as necessary for hauling tendered loads.
- Negotiate consignee and carrier rates as indicated by load dimensions, weight, and travel distances.
- Manage the provision of dispatch paperwork (BOL, Rate Con, POD, etc.)
- Prospect, recruit & and secure new customers
- Work closely with US-based customer sales team in meeting customer needs and issue resolution

**Requirements and skills**:

- English Level B2 or above
- Bachelor’s degree required in international business, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the logistics industry, as dispatch, or carrier sales is a MUST.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Located in Barranquilla, Colombia.

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $2,800,000 per month
