✦ **Responsibilities**
- ** Product Strategy & Execution**:
- Ensure alignment of the product strategy with business objectives and maintain focus on efficient execution of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of high-impact digital products.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations based on product performance metrics.
- **Product Development Leadership**:
- Lead efforts to develop and advance capabilities within the product development field, offering expertise, guidance, and support to Product Managers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- **Methodology improvements**
- Make the product practice review and identify and coordinate improvements in workflows, procedures, structures, and systems, aligning them with current and future product and business realities.
- **Thought Leadership & Advocacy**:
- Act as a thought leader in the product development lifecycle, driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- **OKR Management**:
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates on the product portfolio with product managers, providing transparency on progress and gathering feedback.
- Synchronize product team to and ensure the achievement of KPIs.
- **Technical Understanding**:
- Understand the technical aspects of the products, including software architecture, APIs, and integration points, to better inform strategic decisions and product development processes.
✦ **Requeriments**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role within a digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, best practices, and tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in tracking and reporting on product performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and removing blockers.
- Technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and integration points is a plus.
