L&P Translations is a leading translation company specializing in Spanish-English language services. We provide accurate and reliable translations to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

Position: Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Location: Remote (Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Manage and maintain company's social media presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content to be posted on social media platforms regularly.
- Craft compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany social media posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Edit promotional videos and images for social media posts, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and blog posts.
- Use Canva and video editing softwares to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (additional fluency in a third language is a plus).
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Canva and video editing softwares for creating graphics and videos.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with translation industry and understanding of terminology and language services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different social media platforms.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques is a plus.
