**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Fulfill all month-end-close related tasks for all periods to ensure no major actual versus plan.
- Ensure actual control of target and cost control on countries under their own responsibility.
- Drive harmonization of processes, identify opportunities for automation, and drive efficiencies of FPRA processes.
- Close coordination with Central Team to support standard Services Controlling concept across MN RBC Markets Delivery and Business Groups.
- Assist MU Delivery Heads in Services Market reviews.
- Assess if utilization % of resources is at the required level, and call for action if needed.
- Manage analysis and follow-ups.
- Monitor continuously controllable fixed costs.
- Fixed Production Overhead controlling
- CAPEX review and analysis
- End-to-end Cost Center controlling activities.
- GL level line-item review
- SPC calculation

**Your skills and experience**

You have/are:

- University or college degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience preferably in controlling/accounting/reporting
- Fluent written and spoken command of English
- Good knowledge of common concepts
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel experience
- Customer service oriented
- Quality oriented
- Proactive mindset
- Analytical thinker mindset
- Good interpersonal skills

It would be nice if you also had:

- Power Pivot knowledge
