Freight Forwarder Coordinator

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient shipment execution.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and export/import documentation.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Handle any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
