Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Sales Manager / Gerente de ventas - Remote.**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Operational Leadership**: Implement operational sales policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales team. Meet performance goals across all categories. Oversee the coordination of music programs, classes, and events, ensuring a seamless experience for students and faculty.
- **2. Administrative Management**: Manage administrative staff and departments, including admissions, finance, and customer support. Streamline administrative processes to improve overall workflow and customer satisfaction.
- **3. Financial Management**: Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure the school operates within budgetary guidelines and financial goals.
- **4. Team Leadership**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff members. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- **5. Communication**: Act as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders, including students, parents, and community partners. Communicate effectively with the leadership team, reporting regularly on key metrics, challenges, and successes.
- **6. Technology Integration**: Implement and optimize technology solutions to enhance remote operations and communication. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to music education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Music, or a related field (Master's degree preferred); sales background required.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an educational or arts-related setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology tools for remote work including Wellness Living, GO HIGH LEVEL, and Google
- Speaks English at a B2 level or above

**Work From Home**:

- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work in US PST time zone
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 25MBPS with internet back-up available
- Dependable electricity with power back-up available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
- Must be bilingual (English required, B2 minimum)
