Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop algorithms and models for machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, decision making and robotics.
- Collect, process and analyze large amounts of data to train and improve AI models.
- Implement and maintain AI systems in production environments.
- Optimize the performance of AI systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as data scientists or software engineers to create complete AI solutions.
- Experience in Full Stack Development (front-end & back-end) and Database Development
- Ethical management.
- Build AI workflow platform and drive technical excellence across the company.
- Design and execute new features and capabilities in close collaboration with the multifunctional team.
- Create a culture of continuous learning and development, and assist in the growth of the team.
- Use extensive testing and CI/CD procedures to quickly gain insights into the anticipated quality and reliability of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to build and implement new features and capabilities, including product, UI/UX, and business development.
- Provide high quality products that satisfy customer needs, operating together with the work team.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in software engineering and artificial intelligence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an AI engineer
- Extensive experience working with Machine Learning and CI/CD technologies
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Python and other programming languages
- Previous experience working with cloud computing technologies and Amazon, Azure or GCP
- You must possess a passion for learning about artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Preferable to have some experience producing profitable products while working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- It is good to have previous internships and experience in software engineering
- You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English, required level C1

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary**: 7.000.000 COP
