As a Supply Planner, your primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of products to meet the needs of our users through effective inventory management across different categories and national suppliers. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory, analyzing key performance indicators, and collaborating with suppliers and supply chain partners to drive improvements.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Order Generation: Generate orders and replenishment requests based on the defined wishlist for each dark store, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of products.- KPI´s Analysis: Analyze and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights for decision-making and develop improvement plans for the assigned categories.- Supplier Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to main suppliers and supply chain partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.- Logistics Management: Organize and manage scheduling days, lead times, order cycles, and logistics conditions to achieve optimal KPI performance.- Inventory Optimization: Design and execute inventory optimization strategies, including transfers, returns, and distributions, to ensure efficient stock management.- Supply Model Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to the supply model to maintain proper stock balance in dark stores.- Issue Resolution: Act promptly and effectively to resolve supply problems by collaborating with stakeholders and working teams, including Operations, Catman, and Suppliers.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Prior supply chain experience, including inventory management.
