Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the payment processing operations, including authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.- Manage the Backlog and create new features that complement the companies goals- Implement and maintain ISO 8583 compliance standards throughout the payment processing cycle.- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve payment-related issues.- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure adherence to the latest guidelines.- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and security of payment transactions.- Provide training and support to team members on payment processing procedures.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in payment processing, preferably in a high-volume environment.- Experience in working with Visa portal to manage debit card operations in the Debit Card Issuance, Process and BackOffice flows.- Know the rules and regulations of the financial and banking system- Experience in the analysis and diagnosis of fraudulent operations in businesses with POS transactions and ATMs.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payment-related issues.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in using payment processing software and tools.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
