Job Title: Real Estate Analyst Assistant

Compensation/Pay: $250 USD paid weekly via PayPal (~1,121,797.50 COP Colombian Pesos)

Language: English proficiency required
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst Assistant to join our team. You will search for information on the internet and make phone calls to help our US-based real estate analysts. You will also use our special computer program (CRM) to update information and talk to your colleagues in the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search for information on the internet and make phone calls for real estate analysts
- Use our CRM program to update information
- Talk and work together with colleagues in the US
- Help with other office tasks when needed

Qualifications:

- Good with computers and smartphones
- Good at finding information
- Good at talking and working with others
- Can work by yourself without much help
