Helicopter Pilot

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Safely operate helicopters in accordance with aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform pre-flight inspections and ensure all necessary equipment and systems are in proper working condition.
- Transport passengers, cargo, and equipment to designated locations efficiently and safely.
- Monitor weather conditions and assess their impact on flight operations, making necessary adjustments or decisions to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, ground personnel, and other crew members to maintain situational awareness and coordinate flight operations.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and documentation, including flight plans, aircraft maintenance records, and incident reports.
- Continuously monitor helicopter performance and promptly report any abnormalities or malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in aviation regulations to ensure compliance and enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Participate in training programs, flight simulations, and recurrent training to maintain proficiency and improve performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers, crew, and aircraft.

**Required Qualification**
- Minimum flight experience as required by relevant regulations or company policies.
- Excellent flying skills and the ability to operate helicopters in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers, crew, and ground personnel.
- Proficiency in using aviation technology and navigation systems.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Physical fitness and ability to meet the medical requirements for helicopter pilots.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and safety at all times.
- Helicopter Pilot License is a plus.
- Real Estate Knowledge and General Knowledge of the Construction Sector is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Presentable and willing to travel as needed.
