**About the role**:

As our Tax Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our progressive finance team, ensuring that Reckitt navigates the sea of taxation with finesse and adherence to the law. **Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Prepare and file accurate tax returns and comprehensive financial reports.
- Uphold tax compliance across local, state, and federal levels, navigating regulations with agility.
- Work with our finance team on process improvements, contributing to more efficient workflows.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date tax records, ensuring all documentation is in perfect order.
- Provide steadfast support during tax audits and with various tax returns, showcasing your expertise.
- Research and interpret tax laws, ensuring Reckitt remains compliant and knowledgeable.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Experience with tax preparation, filings, and financial reports.
- A solid understanding of tax laws and an innate ability to comply with them.
- Analytical skills paired with superb problem-solving abilities.
