**Project Solutions Manager**

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define Solution Proposal to customers with Bayer’s multidisciplinary team and customer’s stakeholders. It includes scope, goals, derivable and customer satisfaction kpis.
- Identify customer’s needs (directly and with sales force) to bring insights to Bayer’s multidisciplinary team to assure an accurate Solution Proposal.
- Develop plans to customers, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders, present and sell the plan to key customers.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, adjust plans to improve results and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. It includes check-in with customers to monitor results and receive feedback.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Healthcare professional, Physician, Radiologist, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare manager, Healthcare administrator or related.
- +5 years or more in Radiology Industry (desired) or pharmaceutical company.
- +3 years of experience in project management in the radiology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the technology industry with information technology and data technology.
- Intermediate English level is required.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Radiology Industry: Scanners (CT, MR, Others), Contrast Media, Injection system, Workflow in Radiology suit and patient care.
- Knowledge in PACS, RIS, and Software.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Experience with project management software and tools, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
