**Acerca del puesto Chief Risk Officer**:
Fintech colombiana con proyección en ser la compañía financiera líder en Latinoamérica está en búsqueda de **Chief Risk Officer, **que tenga una comprensión profunda de créditos de consumo y experiência de al menos 10 años en gestión de riesgos de negocios de créditos, idealmente en fintechs o bancos.

**Funciones Principales**:

- Gestionar y supervisar los riesgos financieros, operativos y estratégicos de la compañía, definiendo modelos sólidos para la toma de decisiones.
- Analizar conjuntos de datos complejos sobre el rendimiento crediticio, incluyendo múltiples variables que permitan construir modelos cada vez más sólidos.
- Construir un modelo de suscripción de clase mundial para créditos al consumidor y empresariales propios del sector y liderar esfuerzos de automatización para las operaciones diarias.
- Gestionar equipos de trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento de indicadores y la entrega de información valiosa para la ejecución de planes accionables.

**Lo que traes al equipo**:

- Experiência en Fintechs o banca.
- Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.
- Amplia experiência en gestión de riesgos y liderazgo estratégico, trabajando específicamente en originaciones de préstamos
- Inglés avanzado.

**Habilidades Clave**:

- Liderazgo estratégico, habilidades de comunicación y análisis
- Dominio de software y herramientas de gestión de riesgos, análisis de datos y herramientas de informes. La familiaridad con lenguajes de programación (por ejemplo, Python) es una ventaja.
- Gestión de NPL, análisis a nível de cohortes, tasas de aprobación de solicitudes.
