Dispatcher Transportation

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for a Transportation Company. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a fleet of drivers. You will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching resources to meet client demands and service requests promptly and effectively. You must have your own computer, cellphone, internet, and a suitable home office setup.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be personable and good with customers as the primary responsibility will be to find work for 15 drivers.
- Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or unexpected events.
- Address and resolve client and driver concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client and driver interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a **MUST**.
- Experience in dispatching or logistcs is a **MUST**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a remote team setup.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
- Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
- **Shift Hours**:_8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday_
