**Requirements**:
Must to have experience:

- Experience working as a business analyst in full SDLC for software projects.
- Experience providing excellent oral and written communication to a diverse audience.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- HCM systems experience, most notably Oracle HCM and ADP Vantage
- Expert facilitation skills to lead groups through structured information/requirements gathering.
- Experience creating swim lane process diagrams and structured, clear requirements documentation methods.
- Experience working in a multiteam, Information Technology organization.
- Proven experience within responsibilities listed above.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Nice to have experience:

- Strong data and business process modeling skills.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or grocery industry.
- Experience using SQL.

**Responsibilities**
- Requirements Analysis: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will work with the customer to understand their business needs and define the requirements for implementation of the Oracle HCM system.
- System Configuration: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will be responsible for configuring the system based on the defined requirements. This includes configuring business processes, workflows, permissions, and security.
- Data Migration: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will be responsible for data migration from the legacy system to the Oracle HCM system. This includes extracting, transforming, and loading data.
- System Testing: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will need to perform system testing to ensure that customer requirements are met. This includes unit tests, integration tests, and user tests.
- Training: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will need to train the end users of the system so that they can use it effectively and maximize its benefit.
- Post-Implementation Support: The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant should provide post-implementation support to the customer to ensure that the system continues to function properly, and improvements are made as needed.
