**Brief Overview**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain backend components using Java with Spring or Node.js.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- System Architecture:

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable and secure backend solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements.
- Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD processes and automate deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, APIs, and development processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring, or 3+ years of experience with Node.js.
- Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Google Cloud Dataflow (CDR) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
