**Job Description**:
GRC Executive is seeking a

Additional responsibilities include participating in and providing analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs, attending and participating in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events, representing and promoting GRC Executive to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data, and developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
