You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions that enhance the customer experience, optimize operations, and drive business growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.

**Position: Full-time.**
- **Location: Hybrid OR Remote. (Medellin) (Negotiable)**:

- **Experience: 4 - 6 years preferable (NOT a dealbreaker)**:

- **Salary: 1000 - 1300 USD (Negotiable)**:

- **English level: B2 or Higher.**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address various eCommerce challenges, such as product recommendation, pricing optimization, and inventory management
- Automate actions such as
- Collect information from google Sheets and answer questions.
- Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative ideas to improve our eCommerce platform
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize them to ensure they deliver the desired results
- Maintain thorough documentation of allI projects, including algorithm development, model training, and performance evaluation. As well as securely backing up material related to progress achieved on a daily basis.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of AI techniques such machine learning technologies deep learning, or NLP, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience using AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch among others.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of data processing, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Additionally, experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, as well as experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, would be a plus.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in AI, machine learning, or data science is preferred.
