**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

Este rol es responsable de desarrollar e implementar iniciativas estratégicas y tácticas de Ética y Cumplimiento para permitir continuar el fortalecimiento de nuestra responsabilidad de cumplir con los más altos estándares de conducta ética, de acuerdo con nuestros principios y estrategia empleadora

Este puesto reporta al Ethics and Compliance Head y tiene su sede en Bogotá, Colombia.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Asistir al Responsable de Ética y Cumplimiento de Colombia con el desarrollo del programa de cumplimiento y el seguimiento de las actividades de cumplimiento.
- Evaluar, desarrollar y mantener procedimientos y políticas de Ética y Cumplimiento.
- Responsable de ejecutar el proceso de Transferencia de Valor en todas sus etapas.
- Responsable de ejecutar los procedimientos y controles para la prevención de lavado de dinero, financiamiento del terrorismo y corrupción para la entidad en sus líneas de negocio y área específica.
- Realizar responsabilidades administrativas (ordenes de compras, contratos y manejar presupuesto)
- Contribuir al desarrollo de contenidos formativos para usuarios nuevos y experimentados.
- Apoyar políticas de excepción según estándares operativos internos.
- Colaborar con las partes interesadas internas para monitorear, desarrollar y rastrear planes de mitigación y garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares.

**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comunicaciones Sociales o afines.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en empresas farmacéuticas o áreas afines.
- Comprensión y experiência trabajando según políticas y procedimientos (es decir, contratos, reuniones y eventos, SOP, debida diligencia y materiales promocionales).
- Conocimientos deseados en el manejo de herramientas de diseño como Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesing, canva y edición de video.
- Experiência en iniciativas y herramientas digitales, proyectos y desarrollo de contenidos.
- Excel intermedio.
- Inglés intermedio: escrito y hablado.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

This role is accountable for developing and implementing strategic and tactical Ethics and Compliance initiatives to enable LOC business results attainment and sustain growth according to our principles and people strategy.

This position reports to theEthics and Compliance Head and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Assist the Ethics & Compliance Head Colombia with compliance program development and monitoring of compliance activities.
- Evaluate, develop, and maintain procedures and policies for Ethics & Compliance.
- Responsible for executing the Value Transfer process in all its stages.
- Responsible for executing the procedures and controls for the prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, and corruption for the entity in its business lines and specific area.
- Perform administrative responsibilities (purchases order, contracts, and handle budget)
- Contribute to the development of training content for new and experienced users.
- Support policy exceptions according to internal operating standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitoring develop and track mitigation plans and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Communications or similar bachelor.
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical companies or related areas.
- Demonstrates understanding and experience working under policies and procedures (i.e. Contracts, Meetings & Events, SOP, Due diligence, promotional materials).
- Desired knowledge design tools management such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesing, canva and video editing.
- Experience in Digitals initiatives and tools, projects, and content development.
- Excel intermediate.
- Intermediate English: written and spoken.
