**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking for an experienced Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist I for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
+ Works daily on basic scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals, concepts and principles

+ Develops fundamental knowledge of the relationship between planning & scheduling and financial performance

+ Develops familiarity with data sources for schedule development

+ Develops knowledge of scope control, change management and earned value methodology

+ Uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) to review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic

+ Assists in the initial analysis of the schedule baseline and the consequential maintenance data gathering

+ Assists in the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS)

+ Assists in assembling data for schedule updating

+ Assists in the measurement of project schedule progress

+ Collects data and updates and produces scheduling reports

+ Develops the ability to identify and investigate project schedule variance

+ Develops familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting

+ Develops knowledge of scope control, change management and earned value methodology

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management

+ 4+ years’ professional experience in engineering and procurement projects

+ 2+ years’ professional experience in Planning & Scheduling (Project Controls)

+ Primavera P6 and Advanced MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables)

+ English fluency (Level B1 or B2)

**Preferred Requirements**:
+ Experience in transportation design projects (airports, highways, rail systems, and tunnels)

+ Software experience including Oracle, MS Project, Autocad and Navisworks
