**As a Senior Graphic Designer **, this is what **you’ll **be doing:
You’ll play a pivotal role within our Creative Studio and Marketing team s at QS. You will be responsible for delivering high quality graphics and documents for a variety of products and services, as well as developing campaign visual identities. You’ll be working closely with Head of Studio to coach the Graphic Designers to improve their skills, be involved in quality assurance and communicate clearly and effectively with the team in different time zones as required.

**Role responsibilities:
- Work ing collaboratively with our international Creative Studio
- Tak ing an active role in Creative Critique sessions, to provide and receive constructive feedback from team members and adapt projects accordingly
- Poactively suggesting brand improvements and evolutions, and solving problems creatively
- Working strategically with Marketing, Content and Creative peers and stakeholders in an open and collaborative environment
- Expanding on existing branding for refresh and evolution, and suggesting innovative motion design ideas
- Sharing inspirational graphic examples and keeping up with industry trends
- Creative thinking and attention to detail is key
- Regularly using AI and automation tools to improve workflow and shorten timeframes, keeping quality of work high
- Developing easy-to-use templates for efficiency and consistency across all graphics for campaigns and events
- Prioritis ing own t asks based on business strategy and potential impact of projects
- Main t aining, organising and packaging project files
- Conducting training sessions for the team, improving their skills
- Data-driven in decision-making, basing new post graphics off most successful previous content and making recommendations to stakeholders Communicat ing clearly with stakeholders, building positive relationships and managing expectations effectively

**Key skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe suite (Figma, Hubspot and Wordpress a plus)
- Experience creating social media content for a variety of platforms, as well as print
- Confidence and experience in having creative input in design and strategy
- Excellent time management skills and finding efficiencies in workflow, including using technologies like AI and platforms for automation
- Willingness to learn and motivation for development
- Experience developing skills and coaching other creative t eam members
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills in a variety of styles, including long-form reports, campaign designs and social media
- Skills in infographics and data visualisation a plus
- Experience in Click U p (or similar task management system) a plus Experience liaising with freelancers/agencies a plus
