**Location: Medellín - Colombia**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00**
**Type of contract: Perm**
**Pay rate: 3.000.00 to 3.500.000 COP**

**Job Summary**:
The Account Coordinator role involves leading and managing administrative tasks, contracts, and internal communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient contract administration. This position plays a crucial role in providing successful business support for continuous growth and group retention.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Relationship Management**:
Build and foster relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring positive reviews on service and responsiveness.

Collaborate with internal operations teams to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Develop and enforce service level agreements for business groups, ensuring compliance.

Documentation and Tender Support:
Assist in compiling and preparing documentation required for public tenders.

Create and maintain updated Terms of Coverage for groups.

Support agent sales efforts by providing relevant information regarding corporate groups.

Track quotations for new business and pending renewals, and generate account status reports.

**Account Management**:
Execute call plans to follow up on pending proposals, helping to increase the closing rate.

Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

Support the group renewal process.

Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics and trends, while communicating progress.

**Requirements**:
Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Adaptability to navigate and embrace changes.

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Education and Experience**:
Associates degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields.

Experience in customer service and/or Insurance industry.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
