Billing Specialist

Do you have experience in administration and/or accounting, and are looking to get your foot in the industry? We might have the perfect fit for you Our highly valued Oil and Gas Services Client is seeking to add a junior - intermediate
- Billing Specialist_ to their team. This is a 1-year contract located outside of Edmonton, in Leduc, AB.

Overview of Duties:

- Monitor and reconcile job tickets to field and maintain SAP job data.
- Prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter them correctly into the system.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Build internal relationships and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Professional oral and written communications.
- Knowledge of product lines and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to organize and prioritize and pay strong attention to detail.
- Adequate analytical skills.
- Work well in a firm deadline environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong computer skills are a must.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, SAP, Word, and PowerPoint are considered an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post Secondary Diploma preferred
- 1+ year experience in accounting or finance
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
