Software Solutions Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using industry best practices and coding standards.
3. Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
4. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
5. Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other areas of improvement in existing software systems.
6. Work closely with QA engineers to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, providing timely resolutions and proactive recommendations.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development, and advocate for their adoption when applicable.
9. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions within agreed timelines and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (5 years) in software development, with a strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
3. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
10. Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
