Roles y responsabilidades

Your day to day
- Be the bridge between Growth Squads, Brand and Commercial teams to connect all needs and make sure all of them are connected with Growth plan, and could be covered in marketing campaigns.
- Be the owner of Planning process, (from creating Half and Q plans aligned with GM and CMO, to control timelines of planning process milestones and Go live on time; to create Content Matrices (as material requirement for InHouse creative agency to assure content will be published), to report performance of each campaign and share learnings with all growth team.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with Trade Marketing and commercial team to assure best deals are placed in communications spots across the funnel (TV, Paid media, CRM, Offline).
- Work cross-functionally with growth squads to understand each content plan, to evolve them aiming

Información Adicional

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project management experience.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting and representing Brand Positioning and CRM strategies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements are strong advantages
- Ability to respond to problems with urgency and independence
- Strong sense of ownership in your work
- Fluency in either English or Spanish
