**Job Summary**

Job Opportunity: Remote Real Estate Sales Representative (Full-Time)

**Salary**: $5 USD per hour + 2%

plus potential commissions and bonuses Bonus & Profit Sharing Opportunities: Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance and long-term profit sharing. Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Lunes a Viernes) Paid Bi Weekly:
Our company specializes in finding homes to purchase for rental purposes, and we are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. If you have experience in sales and are interested in the real estate industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and earning potential.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Real estate experience is a plus)
- Native-level English proficiency (Must be able to read and speak English fluently)
- Good internet connection
- USB headset with noise canceling
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Quiet, dedicated workspace

Compensation:

- Base Pay: $5 USD per hour
- Commission: 2% commission on sales
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
- Profit Sharing: Opportunities for company profit sharing for long-term employees
