Warehouse Coordinator

An important technology company requires a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIST or BILINGUAL INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the position of WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR for its work team to perform the following functions: Coordinate the reception of products, spare parts and accessories for cellular equipment that arrive at the warehouse. Organize and maintain an efficient storage system to ensure clear and accessible location of products and materials. Accurately track inventory, recording product entries and exits and conducting periodic audits. Prepare orders for products and spare parts according to the requests of the after-sales teams and ensure timely delivery.+ Manage the appropriate packaging and labeling of products for shipment, guaranteeing integrity during transportation. Collaborate with quality control to ensure that products received meet established standards. Coordinate the receipt and processing of returns of defective or excess products. Monitor demand trends and collaborate with other departments to adjust inventory levels accordingly. Record all product movements within the warehouse, maintaining detailed records. Implement and maintain warehouse security practices to prevent loss, damage and ensure a safe environment for staff. Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with local and international regulations and standards. Salary: 1,400,000 basic + legal benefits + 600,000 bonus for meeting goals. Hours: MONDAY to FRIDAY from 8:30am to 5:30pm
