**Job Description**:
**Work arrangement**:This role is categorized as hybrid in Colombia.

**The Role**

The product engineering team in GMSA Pacific works to provide the best technical product solutions for the entire SUP portfolio, to meet regulatory and market specific requirements of the region.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
- Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
- Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
- Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Y **o **ur Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, commercial, automotive or industrial Engineering, or related Careers.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Office: Intermediate Level.
- Availability to work in Bogota, Colombia, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).
