**Job Tittle: Operations Supervisor**
**Location: Medellín - Colombia**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00**
**Type of contract: Perm**
**Pay rate: 3.500.000 COP**
The Account Manager Coordinator position is to lead and maintain up-to-date administrative tasks, contracts, internal communication with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and maintain contract administration tasks, liaise with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and provide successful business support for continued growth and group retention.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Relationship Management.
- Develop relationships with all levels of customers and achieve positive reviews on service and responsiveness.
- Work with internal operations teams to understand and meet customer needs.
- Developing and ensuring compliance with service level agreements for business groups
- Support in the compilation and preparation of documentation required for public tenders
- Create and maintain updated Terms of Coverage for groups
- Facilitate agent sales efforts by providing information with respect to corporate groups
- Track quotations for new business and pending renewals and prepare account status reports
- Execute call plans to follow up on pending proposals to help increase with the closing rate.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to identify and grow opportunities
- Support the group renewal process
- Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics and trends
and communicate progress

- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and.
Outlook.
**Education and experience**:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, marketing or related.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or healthcare industry.
