About You:
- You will be hiring for L5+ roles for both Agriculture and Distillery sites, and Lead hiring expansion projects for the Mexico Tequila Supply Business with a yearly remit of 1.000 roles.About the Role:- Will lead the expansion program agenda with a scope of hiring more than 500 roles- Will lead and coordinate the various recruitment agencies to guarantee correct performance and delivery- Deliver scale and pace to create agility in sourcing to support changes in business priorities and ensure the diverse talent pipeline the organization needs to achieve its goals.- Take ownership for the balanced delivery of brilliant talent outcomes across the market and ensures key business priorities are understood alongside the overarching global talent principles such potential, growth mind-set, diversity & inclusion etc.- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.- Bring thoughtful creativity and experimentation to the hiring process especially through building a strong understanding of the external market and landscape and is able to react to this with pace and agility and this flows through to the way the organization shows up and interacts with the business and internal as well as external talent.-
- Drives strong advocacy around the employee referral program to enable a truly global program for internal engagement and external hiring.Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- An experienced senior talent acquisition professional, +8 years of experience, with high volume resourcing experience, RPO management- You are at your best when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment- Outstanding organizational abilities-
- You will enjoy collaborating and influencing across a variety of stakeholders at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.- Strong external radar and awareness of external best practice- Project management skills- You will naturally have a resilient and optimistic approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of priorities and stakeholder groups.- You bring strategic thinking to business challenges, utilising internal and external knowledge and networks- English & Spanish
