We are hiring the best talent for **Account to Report JR Analyst** to be located in **Bogotá (Relocation Not Applicable)**.

**Purpose**

The Local ATR Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for all LATAM. The role will support the financial closing coordination activities across sectors and all Latam regions.
- You will be responsible to provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas.
- Summarize data for account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Analyzes balance sheet profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial documents.
- Assists with monthly closings within the department.
- Areas of focus include period end closing, financial reporting, and financial statements reviewing.

- Support Leading financial activities including corporate reporting, financial statements reviewing, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
- You will be accountable to perform accounting activities
- Perform revenue accounting activities and reporting
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Supporting leading others and follow up of the operational duties assigned within the team

**Qualifications**
- Education level required: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other related.
- Basic English required
- You need to have at least 3 years of experience.
- Excel, knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting processes, SAP knowledge and working experience, CPA or equivalent
- Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (SOX and internal controls
