**RedValley, the coolest and fastest-growing company in Medellín**, is seeking a talented and bilingual _Logistics BackOffice Assistant_ to support a high-level executive for one of our **RVStaffing** clients. You will manage primarily back office-related tasks for the executive such as creating reports, administrative support, and other organizational tasks.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Preparing various reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Solving problems in a timely manner.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Managing schedules, and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Order processing, inventory control, billing, and payment processing.
- Negotiating rates with carriers, daily tracking of orders, handling documents filing.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Billing/Bookkeeping Analyst, Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge and understanding of logistics: tracking, tracing, storage, transportation, orders processing, and distribution
- Knowledge in Quickbooks
- BS Degree or equivalent experience
- C1 English level
