**Requerimientos**:
Ingeniero de sistemas o carreras afines con experiência minímo de 3 años o mas liderando equipos de desarrollado:
Conocimiento en:Tecnología Principal:.NET WEB
Otras tecnologías: SQL Server. Java, Angular
Ingles Conversacional
**Observaciones Adicionales**: El líder técnico tiene responsabilidades adicionales de liderazgo dentro del proyecto. A continuación, se encuentran los requerimientos específicos para este cargo:

- 1. Responsable del diseño técnico detallado a nível de la solución.
- 2. Responsable por la conducción técnica de la solución frente a otros grupos, desarrolladores e interfaces, transferir el conocimiento a los equipos acerca de estándares y procedimientos de construcción de software definidos por la compañía.
- 3. Resguardar la arquitectura de la solución en conjunto con el arquitecto.
- 4. Estimación del esfuerzo técnico, estructura de descomposición del trabajo (EDT - WBS) y riesgos a nível de la solución.
- 5. Responsable de la entrega de la solución técnica acorde al cronograma, dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
- 6. Orientación y asesoría a los desarrolladores de software asignados al proyecto.
- 7. Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos, de análisis de negocio y de construcción de software.
- 8. Debe estar muy atento a todos los aspectos relevantes al negocio.
- 9. Monitorear la adherencia a metodologías de desarrollo, herramientas y KPIs.
- 10. Buscar el aumento en la reutilización de componentes de software, consolidación de plataformas y ambientes.
- 11. Gestión de los stakeholders y los clientes clave, asegurando la confianza de los usuarios de negocio respecto a la entrega de la solución de software.
- 12. Trabajar conjuntamente con el gerente del proyecto con el fin de monitorear adecuadamente el avance del proyecto.
- 13. Generar diagnóstico técnico y planes de remediación sobre soluciones existentes que requieran mejoras o correcciones de seguridad.
- 14. Participar en la implementación de proyectos sobre las herramientas tecnológicas estipuladas en las competencias requeridas para el cargo.
