**Responsibilities**
**PURCHASE (Imports)**
- Coordinate with the custom trade agency all activities required to release the product_ (Provide the required documentation and tax payment on time)_
- Generating PO in SAP for CSDs, NCBS. _(Executing actions)_
- Fill out monthly DANE price survey. _(Executing actions)_
- Sending of transit inventories report on a monthly basis._ (Executing actions)_
- Generate input file for Warehouse WMS entry. _(Making decisions and Executing actions)_
- Invoice collection approver (Customs, Transportation and Logistics Operator). _(Making decisions,being informed, providing consultation and executing actions)._
**SALES (Invoicing)**
- Management of prices due to changes in monthly TRM. _(Executing actions)_
- Perform order cycle in SAP, up to picking and transport request._ (Making decisions and Executing actions)_
- Responsible for SOX control of double counting in inventory enlistment and dispatch in warehouse._ (Providing consultation and executing actions)._
**INVENTORY**
- Inventory physical count according to CSD schedule. _(Providing consultation and executing actions)._
- Closing of inventories (Transits, Provisions, destructions). _(Executing actions)_
- Responsible for SOX control of physical inventory taking. _(Providing consultation and executing actions)._
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics and operations.
- Knowledge in software management: SAP, Office, etc.
- Knowledge in international trade (Incoterms, Freights, Customs).
- Good relationship management with suppliers and customers.
- Achievement oriented.
- Work under pressure.
