- Reporting to the Library & Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll select, develop, create and validate fragrances, with clear understanding of customer needs, preferences and requirements, to drive value and ensure successful completion of external projects, according to Fragrance Evaluation goals.- Your
- ** main responsibilities **will be:
**Fragrance Evaluation**
- Responsible for briefs with Local and regional clients as well as to support distribution partners by creating strategic collections, using our project management system.
- Work with Perfumers on technical modifications
- Conduct internal panel tests according to customer and strategy needs
- Assist Marketing and Sales in olfactory mapping
- Prepare internal/small customer presentations
- Write olfactive strategy to low complexity briefs
- Attend validation panels to review/evaluate library entries

**Givaudan Systems Management**
- Lead validation sessions to evaluate Gallery fragrances

**Activation and Gallery**
- Responsible for meetings relating to building and curating the best in class fragrance collection
- Responsible for activation projects requiring fast and efficient selection of fragrances from oil or blind

**Self-Development**
- Self-develop and train on-the-job and via Givaudan Learning Resource Centre
- The position is based in
- **Bogotá, Colombia **with a hybrid working model (4 days at the office and 1 at home).**Your professional profile includes**:

- University Degree or equivalent
- Intermediate level of English.
- 1-2 years experience as intern/trainee in evaluation, or with related industry experience.
- Competent olfactory skills.
- Ability to create and make presentations.
- Basic knowledge of fragrance products, general market dynamics, and key customers
