WorkED is a fast growing and forward looking organization which develops Virtual & In Person Externships for school districts around the United States. These Externships support the goal of helping students get work based learning and connection that will help them shape their path forward to the workforce. **ABOUT THE POSITION**

**Department**: Sales
**Position Type**: Full Time
**Location**: Remote, Global [Outside of United States]
**Schedule**:Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed. **Must be able work Pacific Standard Time zone hours.**

Outside of United States: $800 - $1200/month Plus Commission (TBD $)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outdoor sales activities to generate and qualify leads, including but not limited to door-to-door sales, street canvassing, outdoor events, and outdoor demonstrations.
- Engage with potential customers in outdoor environments to introduce products or services, answer questions, and gather information about their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, coordinate sales efforts, and provide support as needed.
- Utilize CRM software to record and update lead information, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers in various outdoor settings.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $2,036 - $2,987 per month
