Stillingen er placeret under Bo-enheder ”Pisoq” og vil referere til lederen af Pisoq.

Stillingen som støttepersonkoordinator, omfatter både personaleledelse, vejledning og supervision af støttepersoner. Du vil som støttepersonkoordinator være ansvarlig for både det tværfaglige og tværsektorielle samarbejde omkring enkelte persons støttebehov ved tildeling af en støtteperson samt følge op på støttepersonens arbejde med personen. Derudover vil du skulle facilitere kommunikation og samarbejde på tværs af forvaltninger, områder og afdelinger i forbindelse med støttepersonordningen.

**Mere specificeret vil dine arbejdsopgaver som støttepersonkoordinator bl.a. bestå af**:

- Vejledning af støttepersonerne i arbejdsopgaver og metoder, herunder brug af handleplaner og støttepersonsrapporter.
- Generel personaleledelse, herunder ansættelse og afskedigelse af støttepersoner, afholde af MUS-samtaler, personalemøder og andre faglige møder med støttepersonerne
- Agere sparringspartner i forhold til hvordan personens væremåde kan håndteres pædagogisk
- Uddannelse og undervisning af støttepersoner
- Styrke af samarbejdet mellem støtteperson og klienten samt samarbejde mellem støtteperson og familien
- Vejledning af borgere og fagpersoner om støttepersonordningen
- Andre opgaver efter aftale med lederen

**Vi forventer at du**:

- Har en relevant uddannelse, f.eks. pædagog, evt. kombineret med en leder
- eller coachuddannelse
- Har interesse for og faglig viden om personer med særlig behov
- Har flair for erfaring med koordinering
- Har god organisationsforståelse og flair for at navigere i en kompleks organisation
- Er løsningsorienteret og handlekraftig
- Arbejder selvstændigt og kan strukturere og følge op på egne opgaver
- Har personlig og faglig integritet
- Har et positivt menneskesyn, samt evne at skabe relationer til mange forskellige mennesker og møde dem med respekt
- Er i stand til fokusere på det, som virker
- Har kendskab til grønlandsk kultur og samfundsforhold

**Børneattest**:
Denne stilling er omfattet af lov om pligt til at indhente børneattest. Vi skal derfor gøre opmærksom på, at tiltrædelsestidspunktet er først kan aftales, når kommunen har modtaget en tilfredsstillende børneattest fra Rigspolitiet.

**Straffeattest**:
Denne stilling er omfattet af lov om pligt til at indhente straffeattest. I henhold til loven kan ansættelsen først begynde, når kommunen har modtaget tilfredsstillende straffeattest fra Politiet.

**Løn og ansættelsesvilkår**:
Løn og ansættelsesforhold sker i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem Grønlands Selvstyre, SIK eller anden relevant forhandlingsberettiget organisation.

Ansættelsen vil ske med 3 måneders prøvetid.

**Bolig**:
Der vil til stillingen kunne anvises personalebolig, for hvilken der betales depositum og husleje, forbrug m.v. efter de til enhver tid gældende regler for huslejebetaling i Grønlands Selvstyres og kommunens ejendomme m.v. i Grønland. Såfremt permanent personalebolig ikke kan stilles til rådighed umiddelbart ved tiltrædelse, vil der for medarbejdere med ret til vakantbolig blive tilbudt en midlertidig vakantbolig, for hvilken der betales husleje, forbrug m.v. i henhold til ovenstående.

Tiltrædelsestidspunktet er afhængigt af hvornår der er en personalebolig til rådighed. Der ydes tiltrædelsesrejse samt bohaveflytning i henhold til gældende regler.

Såfremt den ansatte i forvejen har en personalebolig kan denne beholdes.
