**What**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our fast growing fintech company. Our Biz Ops intern will work alongside our experienced expansion team to learn about financial services, develop valuable skills, and contribute to our mission of improving the way people interact with money.

**How**

**Be an owner**
- Be proactive and accountable, nothing is too small to be done
- Take initiative to bring positive results and own the end-to-end process
- Assist in day-to-day operations tasks including processing client transactions, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining client records
- Collaborate with team members to research and resolve operational issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

**Be a solver**
- Identify problems and challenges, and develop creative solutions to help improve the company
- Perform quality control checks on operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support ongoing strategic projects and initiatives within the company
- Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary

**Required skills**
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Economics, business, finance or relevant programs
- MBA or Masters Degree students are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish (nice to have), additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge in the startup or fintech ecosystem in Latam, US or Africa (Nice To have)
