**Who we are looking for**:
A Health, Safety and Security Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining all aspects related to the compliance and implementation of health, safety and security at work.
You will be an enthusiastic, responsible and dynamic individual, tasked with designing and implementing the Company’s health and safety policies, security policies, systems, training and document control including the SSH execution plan for the Bogotá offices. As a Health, Safety and Security Coordinator, you will act as a point of contact and escalation for all EHS and Security issues.
**Preferred skills and experience**:
- Ability to communicate successfully at all levels.- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Occupational health licence.- Capacity for working at a fast-pace while ensuring high attention to detail.- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise workload.- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety and Security regulations in Colombia.- **Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with department managers to determine health and safety needs.- Planning and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies and policies in conjunction with the HR Manager and Group Head of Health, Safety and Security.- Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses and documenting processes.- Supervising and managing our contract security personnel.- Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.- Assisting with the maintainance and management of health and safety polices systems, training and document control.- Monitoring the employee absence and accidents indicators.- Assisting with risk assessments as required and following up on control measures to completion.- Working with the Facilities Coordinators to monitor all Health, Safety and Security stock and equipment, keeping an up to date inventory inclusive of issued items.- Supporting and leading as the Coppasso member of the health and safety committee and be the minute taker, following up on actions to ensure they are completed, and ensure compliance of the SSH audits, ARL and Surveillance entities and policies.**Want to become part of the team?**:
