As an underwriting professional you will learn to use advanced tools to determine what risks Chubb can help cover. You’ll work right in the heart of our business, interacting daily with diverse teams across the company that assist in the underwriting process. As an underwriting professional, you will work with our clients and brokers and provide a consistent, and exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the insurance sector (1 to 2 years).
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Actuaries, Finance, Economics, Law, etc.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Third language is a plus.
- Focused on results, with a balance between commercial and technical abilities
- Learning agility
- Automation and Digital mindset
- High analytical skills
- Flexible on changing environments

**Technical Skills**
- Overview in UW
- Overview Risk Management
- International experience is a plus.

**Location**
- Multiple Latin America Locations with potential transfer opportunity to UK, US, European Union and Australia.
