**How you will succeed**:

- Has a strong understanding of how to develop and build high quality and SEO-rich enhanced brand content and storefronts specific to each marketplace channel to increase traffic and ranking across all channels.
- Coordinates and provides copywriting resources as necessary for internal and external facing teams outside of vendor management and channel teams.
- Facilitates and improves the product acquisition process, content, and SEO optimization across all channels and tools. Recommends and implements updates to software and technology that would enhance copywriting ability and quality.
- Supports the team through an efficient and effective product content workflow by ensuring the team adheres to category, brand, and style guide standards while building competitive content across all channels.
- Responsible for defining and setting clear metrics to measure the performance of the team through tracking and reporting KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that aligns with divisional goals and holds the team accountable.
- Takes full ownership over team production schedule through setting production priorities, goals, and expectations. Communicates team productivity and opportunities to content leadership.
- Develops and builds SOPs for new processes to improve efficiency and quality of the work the team is producing while adhering to divisional goals.
- Foster and develop a culture of empowerment and ownership across the team through consistent feedback and clearly laid out development goals for each team member.

**What experiences will help you in this role**:

- 2+ years of experience in managing large teams (5+ team members)
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Has experience in ecommerce, SEO and/or copywriting
- Ability to be successful in an emerging role and department with strong ability to define, build and execute processes
- Highly proficient at Excel
- High sense of urgency to spend the extra time needed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of our processes and communication
- Able to see the long-term implications of decision making
- Adaptable and can flex quickly as there are constant changes across marketplaces
- Highly analytical and can visualize, articulate and conceptualize complex data

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
