**Position Overview**:
Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for seeing the impact of your work? Do you like mentoring engineers and delivering quality code while minimizing technical debt? If you value the technical foundation and the end-user experience of the products you build and enjoy working with common CMS platforms, then this Senior role may be perfect for you
Getting down to specifics, you have at least eight years of hands-on, professional programming experience with common Content Management Systems and any combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Twig, or other frontend technologies. You focus on crafting beautiful, smooth experiences for end users. GraphQL experience is a plus, as is experience implementing low-code/no-code solutions. Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment is crucial.
On a daily basis you may find yourself writing code on a project, unblocking an engineer on a project you are supporting, performing a code review and recommending improvements, defining code architecture, researching a potential SaaS partner and creating a prototype, or documenting.

**Responsibilities**:
- Developing semantic, accessible, and SEO-friendly HTML and CSS
- Contributing on one or more projects, including responsibility for the success of the project from a technology perspective as it contributes to the desired outcome, which means also supporting the larger team
- Contributing on one or more projects, including responsibility for the quality of the code for that project or projects, which will include supervising and participating in establishing coding standards, code architecture and refactoring
- Interfacing with sales and other teams to foster communication and enable success
- Conveying technical information and solutions to clients, project managers, and other internal team members across departments in an easy-to-understand manner
- Guiding engineers toward efficient solutions to technical challenges
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other internal departments
- 8+ years of experience with any combination of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Twig
- Experience with React, Vue, Angular, Node, and Typescript is a plus
- Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information and solutions to clients and project managers in an easy-to-understand manner
