Job Requirements

**KEY OBJECTIVE**:
Responsable en atender procesos BAU contribuyendo a los resultados operacionales del área afirmándose en los efectos funcionales de:
Ø Proceso Total/Manejo de Servicio
Ø Control de Calidad
Ø Colaboración
Ø Finanzas/Presupuesto

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administrar y gestionar el inventario de certificaciones brindando un servicio oportuno
- Solicitar y analizar los soportes necesarios para gestionar la autorización de las certificaciones
- Escalar con UW para autorización de los casos fuera de los lineamientos
- Manejar excepciones
- Gestionar y generar certificaciones
- Completa y mantiene actualizado el inventario diario y el expediente de certificaciones en las carpetas de cada cuenta, de acuerdo con estándares y parámetros establecidos por cada Línea de Negocio.
- Validar, conseguir la información y soporte requerido con UW, soporte a UW o intermediarios con el fin de consolidar la documentación necesaria para el expediente de emisión o proceso que se esté gestionado.
- Ingresa y completa correctamente la información en los diferentes sistemas, cumpliendo con parámetros de estructura establecida por Línea, calidad y tiempo.
- Indexar documentación adicional actualizando los estatus
- Preparar orden de emisión o planilla de aquellas transacciones o solicitudes que no deben pasar por UW
- Asignar los casos para emisión que le sean delegados.
- Responde en tiempo adecuado a requisitos del cliente interno y externo según sea necesario
- Actualiza instrucciones en diferentes aplicativos
- Apoya un ambiente de mejoras continúas ofreciendo ideas y sugerencias de cómo mejorar el nível de servicio prestado a nuestros clientes al igual que mejoras en los procesos
- Colabora con otros miembros del equipo para asegurarse que el proceso que se le delego se finalice correctamente, incluyendo proceso manual de rechazos en los sistemas, ya sea de emisión o certificación.
- Completa y mantiene las herramientas electrónicas y expedientes de la cuenta o solicitud, de acuerdo con estándares establecidos para el proceso.
- Aporta ideas y sugerencias para mantener y mejorar el nível de servicio y los procesos
- Maneja y controla el proceso del trabajo asignado, siguiendo e implementando los procedimientos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:
Ø Proveer servicio consistente con oportunidad (manteniendo o mejorando los acuerdos de servicio)
Ø Traer a la atención de sus superiores, asuntos pendientes para resolver según sea necesario
- Adopta una aptitud de calidad y cumplimiento dentro de las funciones asignadas, aplicando procesos y flujos corporativos y locales para:
Ø Alcanzar un alto nível de calidad
Ø Alcanzar un alto nível de cumplimiento con las regulaciones locales y corporativas
- Colabora y utiliza los recursos de entrenamiento, siguiendo los procedimientos y procesos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:
Ø Desarrollar sus destrezas
Ø Incrementar sus conocimientos
Ø Cumplir con los estándares de servicio
- Se comunica y trabaja eficazmente con el cliente interno y externo, asegurándose de brindar un nível de servicio superior.

Work Experience

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 a 4 años de experiência en el sector asegurador.
- Educación: Estudiante de mínimo VII semestre o Graduado de Carreras Administrativas o carreras afín.
- Idiomas:
**Ø Inglés**: Básico

**Ø Español / Portugués**: Avanzado dependiendo del país
- Office Package: Intermedio
- Otros:
**Ø Excel**: Intermedio
